This music is
ephemeral
as snow--
both delicate and grim.
Tomorrow, and then's tomorrow,
will be different, I'm sure.
[Queen City] is home,
for now,
where paper birds
and dovekins
perch on power lines
with, without accordions and harmonicas
humming
and not waiting
for the wind.

Some are friends, all are friends and friends.
So, alas, may you support the bands, if you so choose:
some works are free, others are not
